Scope of works : The existing tennis courts in Cloetesville became redundant space and underutilised. The aim was to create an attractive space for youth to utilize. Two of the four courts were used as space for the skateboard park. Work under this tender entailed the following:
• Establish on site
• Clearing the site
• Demolition works to remove the existing fencing and tennis court surfacing
• Construction of a concrete skatepark, benches, paved walkway, new fencing. artificial grassed area and a steel framed structure, planting of trees and grass
