Scope of works : The works consists of the construction of the facility which incorporates a material recovery facility in the form of a steel portal frame structure. Earthworks, roadworks, reinforced concrete works, erection of the steel portal frame structure, installation of security fencing, storm water drainage, water reticulation and sewer reticulation form part of the works.
