Scope of works : Rehabilitation of Divisional Road 1126 between Windmeul (KM 18.85) and Main Road 218 and between Windmeul (KM 5.56) and Paarl. The project also included the construction of a 1850m municipal rising water main pipe line and a 1850m municipal gravity main water pipe, with associated valve chambers and house connections.
